Appointments & Clinic Policies
Credit Card on File
An active credit card is required to book any appointment. This allows for secure processing and enforcement of clinic policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours in advance (Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm).

Treatment appointments cancelled within 48 business hours will incur a $150 fee.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Consultation appointments cancelled within 48 business hours or missed will incur a $250 fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening of your appointment, which may result in applicable cancellation fees.
Service Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade your treatment upon arrival, you will still be charged the full price of the originally booked service. Appointment time, staffing, and product allocation are reserved in advance.
By-Appointment-Only Clinic
Skin Co Aesthetics is strictly by appointment only. Unscheduled drop-ins, knocking, or calling from outside will not be accommodated. All communication must occur through approved booking channels.
Orders, Shipping & Refunds
Product Orders
All orders must be placed online. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.
Once a parcel is transferred to Canada Post or a third-party courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. Skin Co Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will provide supporting documentation if needed.
Refund Policy
All services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail products are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and professional services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or individual product perception after purchase.
If a retail product arrives damaged during transit, Skin Co Aesthetics must be notified within the same day of delivery, along with photo documentation of the damage. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement.
By purchasing from Skin Co Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to these terms at the time of sale.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused balances remain on the card for future use. No partial refunds will be issued for unused balances.
Treatment Packages
The recommended timeframe between most skin treatments is 2–4 weeks and must be completed within advised intervals. Treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Failure to follow the prescribed treatment schedule may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions.
Mandatory Skin Consultations
A mandatory skin consultation is required prior to booking any advanced treatment to ensure safety, suitability, and personalized treatment planning.
VIP Membership Policy
Billing
Fees may be adjusted at any time due to rising operational costs or service enhancements.
Price adjustments do not alter or void the required six (6) month commitment. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that membership pricing may change at any time.
Membership Services
Membership includes one select treatment per month. Unused treatments do not roll over. Services may be redeemed only while membership is active and payments are current.
Commitment & Cancellation
All memberships require a minimum six-month commitment and are non-cancellable during that term. Early cancellation or payment blocking does not release you from financial responsibility for the full six-month period. Failure to complete payments may result in recovery action.
If payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again within 7 days. Continued non-payment will result in cancellation and a $200 early termination fee, in addition to the remaining balance of the membership term.
Membership Appointment Cancellations
The standard 48 business hour cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments. Missed appointments will result in forfeiture of that month’s treatment.
VIP Discount Code Policy
VIP discount codes are for personal use only. Sharing your code with others will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
Treatment Precautions
Clients must avoid AHAs, BHAs, and retinoids prior to certain treatments and refrain from self-tanning products for two weeks before laser treatments. Failure to follow pre-treatment instructions may increase the risk of adverse reactions and releases Skin Co Aesthetics from liability.
At-Home Care Requirements
Clients receiving advanced treatments are required to follow the customized home care regimen prescribed by their provider. Failure to adhere to recommended skincare may compromise results and may result in discontinuation of advanced services.
Payment & Financial Responsibility
By booking or receiving services, clients acknowledge full financial responsibility for all treatments, packages, memberships, and products purchased. Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of treatment outcomes or personal circumstances.
All packages, series, and memberships are legally binding once initiated. Clients must maintain valid payment methods with sufficient funds. Declined payments do not release clients from their obligation to pay outstanding balances.
Outstanding balances must be resolved before future services are rendered. Skin Co Aesthetics reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for unpaid balances related to services already provided. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts, and clients may be responsible for associated administrative or legal fees as permitted by law.
Services already performed are not complimentary due to non-payment, card issues, or financial disputes.
